Michael
Tucci is an actor that has had several supporting roles
during his career including his first role as "Sonny,"
one of the T-Birds in the Broadway and movie versions
of Grease. Tucci has had a successful stage career and
also made the transition to TV when he appeared in three
different series including his most current role as
Norman Briggs in the TV drama Diagnosis Murder. Among
his other TV roles were as "Dr. Charlie Nichols"
in the series Trapper John M.D. (1980-84) and as Pete
Schumacher in the Fox-TV series, It's the Gary Shandling
Show ('86-'90).Michael Tucci was born in New York, and
isn't directly related to actor Stanley Tucci and his
sister Christina, although all three have see there
share of work on New York stages. Michael also appeared
in the 1995 family comedy, Just Like Dad.

Norman
Briggs:
Norman is the Administrator at Community General Hospital
and helped to bring it back from the brink of closing.
He became a close friend to Mark, even though he wasn't
happy about some of the things Mark did. He has a tendency
to get over- excited about things and has a hard time
relaxing this means he leads a far too stressful life!
He tries to help and do his best for people but just can't
calm down and ends up hurting himself some way or another.
